Refund Policy
We trust our users, so Testerwp Themes offers a full or partial refund, which will take some days’ time, but only after we are informed about the issues that occurred. Our support team will try to solve the issues at first, and if you are not satisfied or if it is not the one you have searched for, then we will refund you.
In any case, we do not offer refunds on multisite licenses.
We provide refunds only in cases where the Theme and plugin do not work after getting help from the support team. We will try to resolve the issue first, and if we are not able to resolve it, we will offer a 100% refund. We can ask for website login credentials to resolve the issue. In this case, you have to provide admin access. If you are not willing to provide login details, you are not eligible for getting money back or a refund.
We show demo to the all users before making the purchase so please purchase after being fully satisfied with the demo. After making a purchase you can not demand money back if I am not satisfied with ht theme/plugin. So see the demo carefully and then make a purchase.
License
Any elements or all our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. We provide you with the license GNU when you purchase any themes or plugins from Testerwp Themes.
Subscription
All our premium themes come with an initial 1-year subscription i.e. you can update and get support up to 1 year of subscription. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the themes on your site. Adding the subscription will help you with more updates of the themes and plugins.
Updates
For using the current versions all of our customers can update the themes or plugins till the subscription date i.e. up to 1 year of subscription. After 1 year the subscription can be added for more updates otherwise one can use the old versions.
Services
Testerwp Themes provide themes and plugins for your WordPress website which are free and premium both. We even help to use and set up the product as advertised.
Support
Support is about helping to install, configure, or any small modification on your theme that is downloaded or purchased. It is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features. Neither have we provided support to the third-party plugins or themes that you will be willing to use on your site.
The Theme Support will be provided only on the Support Forum. Support will not be provided on any other medium like email, comments, Facebook, Twitter or any other means. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support time.
Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our themes or plugins will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers, and any other older installation of WordPress.
Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Warranty
Quality-Compatibility with all the major components, plugins, and major web browsers as far as possible is the best we try to make. Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress and cannot guarantee they will function with the third-party components, plugins, or web browsers. The problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third-party plugins have been installed we have reserved the right to reject support requests in such cases.
Price Changes
Testerwp Themes reserves the right to modify the price of the themes or plugins with or without prior notice at any time. Also have the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice.
Ownership and Liability
All products are property of Testerwp Themes so you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products, modified or unmodified.
