You can import our demo with simple click.

To do this install and activate free One Click Demo Import plugin

How to?

Via WP Dashboard:

Step 1 – First Click on Being Installing Plugins

Step -2 – Now Click On On Install Button.

Step 3- Click On Return to Required Plugins Installer

Step 4 – Click On Activate Plugin

Step 5 – Now Go To Appearance –> Import Demo Data

How to?

Via WP Dashboard:

1. Go to WP Dashboard – Plugins – Add New
2. In the top-right search field type “One Click Demo Import”
3. Install and activate the plugin

Manual:

1. Download ‘One Click Demo Import’ plugin zip file.
2. Go to Plugins > Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin to display the WordPress Plugin upload field.
4. Click Choose File to navigate your local file directory.
5. Select the WordPress Plugin zip archive oneclick-demo-import.zip to upload and install.
6. Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.
7. The resulting installation screen will list the installation as successful or note any problems during the install.
8. If successful, click Activate Plugin to activate it

Now download these files

XML File

WIE or JSON file

DAT file

After it open these links and save all 3 files via press Control+S button in your computer.

Once the plugin is activated go to WP Dashboard -> Appearance ->Import Demo Data

Now see attached image.

Now upload XML file gym-fitness-wp.xml here –

Choose a XML file for content import

Then upload .wie file gym-fitness-wp.wie here

Choose a WIE or JSON file for widget import

And finally upload .dat file gym-fitness-wp-export.dat here

Choose a DAT file for customizer import

Then click on import demo data button

 

Be patient and do not leave the page before the import ends. It takes some time till the importer upload all content and images.
